I would absolutely recommend our builders. They are a really nice bunch of lads headed up by Brett Munden who is the most honest builder I have come across and we have met many over the years. The quality of work done by his team is top quality and excels value for money. The trades he brings are all of the same level whether it is electrician, plumber, tiler or bricklayer. They were all very clean and tidy and to save money bringing in Porta loos etc. we allowed them to use our facilities which they respected at all times and always left them as they found them. They are a pleasure to have around and great fun too as they are all young with families themselves and all work hard.
Brett is extremely well organised and his quote was the best of all of the Haslemere lot who in my view were expensive. We will be using him again for our new house later this year and trust him so much we will not even be getting another quote. He made our neighbours' Andy and Liz’s bespoke front door and I suspect they will get Pentagon Installations to do their extension too!
I cannot recommend him more highly and the Estate Agents who looked at our house were so impressed they asked for his cards and have recommended him to others. From that he has won a couple of contracts in Haslemere. Brett produced a really detailed excel spreadsheet schedule of works and worked to time and budget. The only difference was the additions/changes we put in and where there was unforeseen work we always knew and agreed with him. At the end Pentagon Installations gave us money back for things they did not need to do, or were able to do in a different way cheaper.
We had used this contractor before – and were impressed with value professionalism and courtesy – so it was a 'no brainer' to go back to Pentagon with further work, and we weren’t disappointed.
The replacement of our old wooden sash windows was greatly improved by the installation of double glazing via Pentagon Installations. The work was done in a clean, efficient manner and the energy saving is significant.
